MATE SELECTION GUIDELINES: This document emerged during a crisis in which a middle-aged friend was pursuing a romantic relationship with an individual 20 years her junior. He was talking the talk, but he lacked wisdom in his own decisions and was still exhibiting some evidence of dependency with his mother. God birthed this concept and it played a role in her decision to put the brakes on the relationship and take another look at it, through the lens of scripture. This is the Guidelines for women.
